These days I find myself so filled with love and gratitude. I had no idea that my life would transpire or unfold in the way that it has and I owe it all to God and the ability to trust my intuition.
I may never have known I’d become a chef but following my intuition gave me the courage to seek more knowledge in the industry, and gave me the wisdom to leave environments that were not right for me, even though the unknown and what to do next scared me, I felt the fear and trusted my intuition enough to know that there is always better in store for me.
People may not know that this journey started out through my blogging as a home cook and while travelling as a food lover around the world. I owe it to my beginnings as a food blogger that I now have a flourishing career as a chef and I can now share that I have published my own cookbook: Intuitive Cooking.
Intuitive Cooking is what I’d call my philosophy as a chef but also as a human being on this earth. Our intuition is here to guide us and mine guided me to the perfect time for me to self-publish my own book. I know people have requested this of me for years and I am so excited to deliver this project that I have poured my heart and soul into. Raw, unedited, intuition created this book and I am hoping intuitive cooking helps you all gain more perspective and confidence in the kitchen.
I can’t say it’s long overdue because it has come at the perfect time but I will say, thank you all for your encouragement, support and love over the years. If you’re here from my FoodwithDom days or new to the family via this year’s relaunch, thank you for experiencing this intuitive journey with me.
