Suya smoked langoustine , avo puree, ají amarillo, pickled kumquat

An elevated expression of my love for Mexican food, a Nigerian smokey hit with the introduction of suya spices!

Third Course

Palate cleanser - Surprise!

Fourth Course

Duck duo, sweet potato cream, hazelnut chimichurri

I bring you this rich and decadent bird, showcased in two ways, confit for 8 hours and formed into delicious croquettes with the breast succulently seared to perfection. A course to be remembered!

Fifth Course

Rhubarb, white chocolate & ginger

Seasonal, bright and warm, rhubarb is the star of May this season!
